Mrs. Paul has dedicated over two decades to the field of Early Childhood Education, making a significant impact on countless young lives. Born and raised in India within a loving Catholic family, Mrs. Paul’s journey took a transformative turn when she moved to the United States with her husband in 1997. Together, they built a beautiful family, blessed with a son and a daughter.
Currently residing in California, Mrs. Paul is on the brink of an exciting new chapter as she prepares to relocate to Austin, TX at the end of August.

Her professional journey is a testament to her passion and commitment to education. For the past twelve years, she has served as the director at Queen of Apostles school in San Jose, California, where her leadership and dedication have left an indelible mark.

Mrs. Paul is thrilled to take on the role of Director at St. Louis Early Childhood Development Center (ECDC) in Austin. She is committed to fostering a safe, loving, and enriching environment for students, deeply rooted in Catholic values. Mrs. Paul looks forward to collaborating with a talented team of educators and staff to positively impact the lives of children and their families.
Grateful for the support from the executive team, the parents and teachers. Mrs. Paul embraces new beginnings with enthusiasm and determination. She believes in making a difference, one child at a time, and encourages everyone to Never Give Up!
We are particularly grateful to Carolina Alvarez, who will continue to serve as interim Director through the end of August and then will serve as a consultant as we continue to discern the Montessori method for ECDC. Not only has Carolina guided us through a tremendous transition, but she has paved the way for renewed facilities and beautified environments for our children in ECDC.
While Mrs. Paul will be onsite on August 26 due to her move, she has already been taking time to get to know our teachers and is quite ready to get to work! You may start hearing from her even before her arrival!
