St. Louis Catholic School operates a supervised Extended Day Program (EDP) until 6:00 p.m. on regular class days and designated early dismissal and in-service days. EDP offers a space for homework, outdoor play, and additional activities. During program hours, all school policies and rules apply. Registration for EDP is required, and fees are paid monthly along with tuition.
If a student in EDP will be participating in another school-sanctioned supervised activity, a staff member will transfer them to the activity.
A designated parent/adult must personally sign out the child. If someone other than a previously designated person will pick up the student, an email should be sent before 2:00 p.m. to the Extended Day Program Coordinator, Kim Hoang, at [email protected] for attendance and dismissal notification.
Due to high demand for the 2023-2024 Extended Day Program, drop-ins are not permitted.
To ensure safety, the school playground is reserved exclusively for Extended Day Program students between 3:15 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
During the first week of school, all enrolled EDP families will receive comprehensive information about program expectations and guidelines.
